Mafia for PlayStation2 in Stores

NEW YORK -- (Business Wire) -- Feb. 4,
2004 Gathering, a publishing subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:
TTWO), announced today that Mafia for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system is
in retail stores in North America and the English language PAL version of the title is
available in Europe.
The non-English language PlayStation(R)2 versions will be available in Europe on February
13th. Mafia for the Xbox(R) video game system from Microsoft will be in stores in March in
both North America and Europe.
In the United States, Mafia is rated M
for Mature and is available for the SRP of $49.99.
