innovative products both in our core businesses and in new markets. This year the company
will expand its mobile video product offerings to include the first DVD/VHS Video in a Bag
product as well as one of the widest varieties of screen sizes available anywhere. We have

CarLink
is An Interactive Vehicle Security System "That Keeps the Vehicle Owner In Touch with
their Car via Wireless GPS, Internet and Telephone." CarLink automatically notifies
you when your vehicle has been stolen and lets you track the vehicle on your own computer.
For the first time, consumers are provided with basic GPS call-in, stolen and car-jacking
vehicle recovery support from a National Operations Center that provides law enforcement
recovery assistance, without having to a pay a monthly service fee for the first three
years of ownership. The driver never has to worry about the status or location of his car
because CarLink combines GPS remote tracking technology and wireless communications
services, provided by a Central Station Law Enforcement Call Center, 24 hours a day, 7
