the 2004 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Philips Electronics expanded its popular
Infotainment product line with the unveiling of its latest Key Rings (KEY019, KEY010).
Offering consumers the latest
technological solutions in compact designs, Philips’ KEY019 digital camcorder and
KEY010 2.0 mega pixel camera bring a completely new level of style and wearability to
portable electronics. "With the addition of the KEY019 and KEY010, Philips’
Infotainment line now enables consumers to capture still memories and record special
moments for later viewing,” said Des Power, Senior Vice President, General Manager

image of friends at an impromptu gathering." Philips KEY019: A Camcorder to Capture
Moving Memories Enabling consumers to capture special memories in a convenient, fun
manner, the new KEY019 features 24 minutes of continuous MPEG4 video recording. The KEY019
includes status LEDs to indicate operation status, allowing users to quickly determine if
the unit is on, charging, recording or transferring data. A micro-display allows users to
accurately frame the subject for capturing digital pictures or video and view or playback
the results. Upon determining the product status, users can then transfer files to and
from a personal computer (PC) via a direct USB connection, enabling easy viewing and
sharing. The KEY019 includes a five-key remote control for trouble-free playback.

camcorder/camera device and offers the user the ultimate in portability. The Key019 serves
as a digital camera, MP3 player and data storage device, in addition to its camcorder
functionality. At 2.0 mega pixels, consumers can use the Key Ring to snap hundreds of
memories – anytime, anywhere. Operation of the KEY019 is simple with its one button
control, direct USB plug and play and direct battery recharge through the USB. For added
convenience, the Key Ring allows users to carry data files with them for easy transfer.
Whether sharing special or milestone moments with distant friends, working on projects at
various computers or staging an impromptu performance with pals, the KEY019 provides
consumers with the portability to captivate the moment wherever they go. The KEY019,

Never Miss A Memorable Moment Building upon the highly successful 64MB1Digital Camera Key
Ring, Philips KEY010 features extended usage with 128MB of memory providing consumers with
storage for more than 300 digital images. Sporting a sleek magnesium casing, the highly
portable and wearable Key Ring enables consumers to never miss another photo opportunity.
Featuring one button operation, the KEY010 offers consumers 2.0 mega pixel images,
ensuring users have results with a clear picture quality to pass along to family and
friends. By removing the cap at the end of the product, consumers can quickly connect the
Key Ring to their USB port and transfer files to any PC instantly with no software
required. Available in May, the KEY010 will have a suggested retail of $149.99.
A Key Ring For All Lifestyles In addition
to the KEY010 and KEY019, Philips has a full line of wearable Key Rings that fit all
lifestyles. Philips’ range of Key Rings currently encompasses four MP3 models
(KEY003, KEY004, KEY005 and KEY006), two 64MB and two 128MB players. Lightweight and
sporting a durable magnesium casing, the players attach easily to a key chain or can be
